You can make a reservation by contacting our sales team or by visiting our website. At that time, we will ask you to provide some basic information, such as your name, contact information, credit card number and expiration date, so that we can identify you and process your reservation. Physical and Health Details: We need to obtain information about your age, gender, medical issues and dietary requirements to ensure your personal health and safety. In addition, we require emergency contact information.
Flight and Passport Details: We require your passport information in order to confirm your trip's services. If you make your own flight arrangements, we need a copy of your flight itinerary so that we know when to expect you at the destination and to ensure you have adequate time to get to the airport for your flights
Personal Preferences: Our staff strives to provide a high level of personal service. Our sales team records any special requests or preferences that are specified at the time of booking. This information is passed on to local operators or guide as appropriate to accommodate your requests. We may also ask you about how you heard about us and what your interests are. We also keep a record of the past trips you have taken with us.
All personal information is stored in secure databases at secure addresses to prevent unauthorized access. Passwords, encryption devices and firewalls protect these databases.
Access to your personal and private information is limited to authorized employees only. We keep our employees informed about our policies and procedures. Unauthorized access and/or disclosure of client information are strictly prohibited. All of our employees are expected to maintain the confidentiality of customer information at all times.

We may provide your personal information to other travel organizations that we deal with in connection with your bookings, such as local operators, airlines, ship lines and hotels.
When we mail brochures, we send your address to an external mailing service, which processes the mailing on our behalf. We require all such contractors to keep the information confidential and to restrict its use to those purposes for which we have engaged them.
From time to time, Asia Luxe Travel may retain the assistance of external organizations to help us understand our travellers and any trends in our industry. We may disclose some of your information to these companies solely for the purpose of conducting research or analysis on behalf of Asia Luxe Travel. We require all such contractors to keep the information confidential and to restrict its use to those purposes for which we have engaged them.
In emergency situations, we may be required to share your personal information with health care providers, air ambulance operators, etc.
All request to cancel must be in writing. Full refund minus a $200.00 per person handling charge will be made if cancellation is received in writing no less than 61 days prior to departure, plus any prepaid deposits/penalties made to suppliers. If any rail, cruise or airline has any further penalty, these will be deducted and advised to you in writing. Thereafter, the following fees will be imposed based on the number of days prior to departure: Up to 61 days prior to departure: $ 200 per person penalty. From 60 days to 45 days prior to departure 50% of the tour cost per person are non-refundable. 44- 30 days: 75% of the tour costs per person are non-refundable â€“ 29 to 0 days â€“ 100% of the tour costs per person are non-refundable. No refund can be made for any tour accommodations, tour service, or tour features that you do not utilize and if you cancel while the tour is in progress, no refunds will be made for any unused portions. Cultural Vacations & Safaris will not be liable for any claims reported past 30 days of the last day our service was provided. Your signature on tour participation application accepts these terms & conditions.
